Do you accept walk-ins?
Due to limited availability on certain days, we recommend that all clients book in advance. That being said, if you’re walking by you’re more than welcome to ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring children to the salon?
Absolutely! The Beauty Club is a large and open area with space for buggies and prams.
Children can also have any nail treatment on our menu with a parent / guardians consent.
Can I bring pets to my appointment?
Our salon is pet friendly! Our head of client relations, Louie (a fluffy cockerpoo) is in the salon most days. So why not bring your pooch while you get pampered?
What if i'm running late to my appointment?
We would appreciate a call in advance if you’re going to be late. If you’re substantially late to your appointment we may have to shorten your treatment or reschedule it.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your appointment.
If you would like to cancel we would appreciate a 12-hour notice, however, if this isn’t possible please give us a call as soon as you can before your appointment.
*Any bookings cancelled less than 6 hours in advance will not be refunded*
Can you remove gel polish from other salons?
Absolutely, you can get a gel removal (with a service) or removal only (without a service) so you can get your natural nails back in no time or have them prepped for another treatment.

Do you have bathroom facilities?
Yes, we have a (rather luxurious) toilet available to all customers which is maintained and cleaned regularly.
Will my natural nails grow under nail extensions?
Yes. Artificial nails such as acrylic extensions and gel extensions can improve the overall health of your natural nails. This is because they add a layer of protection from biting, picking, moisture and other elements which can damage or weaken them.
How long will my gel manicure / pedicure last?
With a Gel Service, your chosen nail colour will stay put for up to three weeks without smudges, chips or peeling when cared for properly.
If you experience any problems with your gel mani or pedi within seven days of your appointment, we offer complimentary nail repair. Simply give us a call and our nail technicians will return your nails to their former glory.
Can I get gel polish if I’m pregnant?
There are two inherent risks when a woman gets her nails done whilst pregnant. Those are inhaling the chemicals that are released from nail polish, mainly formaldehyde, toluene and dibutyl phthalate which can build up in the air. And getting a nail infection from unsterilized equipment.
At Paint Nails London, customer care is our #1 priority. Which is why our salon is well-ventilated to prevent any build up of chemicals produced by nail polish, and our tools are properly sterilized between each individual client so that bacteria is not spread.
Have you ever wondered why some nail salons smell of chemicals? This is because they don’t have adequate ventilation which not only causes a bad smell, but can also negatively impact your health.
So the answer to your question is, Yes. Having your nails done in a well-ventilated salon which regularly sterilises its equipment poses no threat to your baby.
